1. Who we are

This website, turbotglobal.com (the “Site”), is operated by Turbot AI, Inc (“Turbot AI”, “we”, “us”), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through the Site, including the early-access and live-demo sign-up form. It does not cover the Turbot AI product itself — for example, marketplace or store data you connect to Turbot AI, or your use of Turbot AI through an AI assistant. That is governed by separate terms and a product privacy notice provided when you are onboarded.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address, when you join the early-access list or request a live demo.
• Request type — whether you asked for early access or a demo.
• Anything else you choose to send us, for example if you email us.

Information collected automatically

• Referring page. When you submit the form, we record which page you came from, so we know how people find us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short period.
• Aggregate analytics. If enabled, we use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. It reports totals, such as page views and referring sites, not individual visitors.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. How we use information

• To send you updates about early access and tell you when Turbot AI is available to you.
• To contact you to schedule a live demo you requested.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

6. Legal bases (EEA and UK)

We process your email address based on your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. We process server logs and aggregate analytics based on our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website.

7. Who we share information with

• Service providers that host the Site and our database and help us send email, acting on our instructions and only for the purposes above.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Turbot AI, our users or others.
• Business transfers. If Turbot AI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s protections.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for early access — whichever comes first. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact privacy@turbotglobal.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

12. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify early-access subscribers by email.
